- Bridge AI engineering and enterprise strategy, leading AI initiatives from opportunity discovery through deployment, adoption, and scale
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions using generative AI, LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic AI, multimodal models, and machine learning
- Architect enterprise AI agents and knowledge systems with advanced RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, tool integrations, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop processes
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and prioritize initiatives by value and strategic impact
- Develop AI strategy, roadmaps, standards, reusable frameworks, governance approaches, and lifecycle practices to enable scalable enterprise adoption and measurable business value
- Implement model and agent evaluation, observability, hallucination mitigation, safety guardrails, output validation, scalability, latency, reliability, and responsible AI practices
- Champion AI adoption through rapid prototypes, demonstrations, executive and team workshops, technical enablement, and knowledge sharing across engineering and business teams
